		You must register with the cashier before you can bid.
		Please have your current driver's license or a valid picture ID.
		We do not accept cash payouts at your seat. Special
		accommodations are available for the handicapped when necessary.
		You will be charged a 6% sales tax unless you have a valid
		tax exempt form on file with Eagle's Basket Auction.
		We are currently able to accept payment in the form of cash
		or good check only.
		We charge no buyers premium.
		You can make arrangements to pick up the merchandise
		you have purchased during the week following the auction.
		If you have any questions during the auction, please ask
		any staff member other than the clerk or the auctioneer.
		If the auctioneer does not see your bid, please speak up
		*before* the auctioneer says sold.
		The auction staff is allowed to bid on all items that are for
		sale that do not belong to them.
		All decisions that are made by the auctioneer are final.
		All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees unless
		specifically stated by the auctioneer.
		Once you are declared the buyer of an item, it is yours and
		you are responsible for it.
		Eagle's Basket Auction will provide help in loading out the
		merchandise you have purchased after the auction has reached completion. This service is offered as available.
		Your bid number will remain the same for all of our
		auctions. This way you will have no new numbers to remember.
		You can begin previewing merchandise for the antique
		auctions at 3pm on the day of sale.
		You can preview merchandise for the Friday night auctions
		as it is unloaded on the night of the sale.
