| The auctioneer and auction staff are allowed to bid | |
| on all items that are for sale that do not belong to them. | ||
| All decisions that are made by the auctioneer are | |

| All items are sold as is, where is, with no | |

| Once you are declared the buyer of an item, it is | |
| yours and you are responsible for it. | ||
| Eagle's Basket Auction will provide help in loading | |
| out the merchandise you have purchased after the auction has reached completion. This service is offered as available. | ||
| Your bid number will remain the same for all of our | |
| auctions. This way you will have no new numbers to remember. | ||
| You can begin previewing merchandise for the | |
| antique auctions at 3pm on the day of sale. | ||
| You can preview merchandise for the Friday night | |
| auctions as it is unloaded on the night of the sale. |
